  • Pricing & Availability: All prices, product availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

  • Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that product.

3. Orders & Payments

  • We reserve the right to reject or limit any order you place with us.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

4. Warranty & Repairs

  • Warranty Claims: Warranty claims are subject to the terms provided by the product's official manufacturer/distributor. Physical damage, liquid spills, unauthorized opening, or misuse are strictly excluded from warranty coverage.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.

    • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.

  • Opened software, custom-built PCs, or items marked as "Non-Returnable" or "Final Sale" cannot be refunded.

6. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping couriers or customs clearance.

  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aziz Computers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our products—including but not limited to data loss, hardware damage, or lost business profits.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [United Arab Emirates].
